“Self-awareness is our capacity to stand apart from ourselves and examine our thinking, our motives, our history, our scripts, our actions, and our habits and tendencies.”- Stephen R. Covey

About Me…

I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #133277) based in Pasadena, CA.  I received a MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University with a specialization in Child Studies and hold a BA from Bard College in Political Studies.  I previously trained with Antioch Community Therapy Services (ACTS)  and Southern California Counseling Center (SCCC).  I also spent a year working at Outreach Concern as a school-based Counselor for grades pre-k to 5th.  I specialize in working with adults, teens, kids, families, and athletes.

Prior to pursuing licensure, my work already centered around engaging with people.  From coaching volleyball, to working at a fly-fishing shop and as a guide in Montana, I’ve always been focused on building relationships so I could help people from all walks of life develop new skills and achieve their goals.
